Your game profile
Will I lose my coins if I get a new iPhone?
No, if you restore the new iPhone from a backup (iCloud or a computer) or set it up with Quick Start: your profile comes along. To be safe on any device, tap SAVE PROGRESS on the home screen and sign in with Apple. On a new iPhone, tap SAVE PROGRESS again with the same Apple ID and choose SWITCH: your saved profile comes back.
The game says "SIGN-IN PROBLEM"
Tap TRY AGAIN when you're online. Saved with Apple? Start a new profile, then SAVE PROGRESS with the same Apple ID. If it still doesn't work, e-mail us your old friend code (it's on that screen): we'll move your coins and items to your new profile.
How do I delete my profile?
In the game: PRIVACY → DELETE MY GAME PROFILE (tap twice). Your coins, items, friends and results are deleted on our server right away and can't be brought back. If you saved with Apple, the Apple sign-in for the game is removed too.
Purchases
I bought coins but didn't get them
Open the game again while you're online: an unfinished purchase is completed when the game starts. If the coins still don't arrive, e-mail us the date and the pack (you can find the order in the App Store under your account → Purchase History).
Refunds
Payments are made through Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded pack's coins are taken back from your profile.
Playing
When does the Daily change?
At midnight UTC, for everyone at the same time. The time left is on the Daily card.
How do challenges work?
Add a friend with their code, finish the Daily, then ⚔️ CHALLENGE a friend: they race your ghost until the Daily ends. Practice is free; an official try costs coins and a win pays more. Only a race against the ghost counts.
How do I remove or block someone?
In FRIENDS, tap ✕ next to their name, then REMOVE: they're no longer your friend and can't add you back. Someone has your code who shouldn't? PRIVACY → NEW FRIEND CODE: the old code stops working, your friends stay.
